Website information
This website explains Curo Digital services at a high level. It is not a guarantee of specific results, rankings, revenue, or enquiry volume. The enquiry-readiness estimate is an illustration based on the figures you enter, not a promise.
Services and proposals
Any paid work, scope, timing, pricing, and support terms should be agreed directly with Curo Digital before a project begins.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise, Curo Digital keeps ownership of its reusable methods, templates, systems, and background materials. Client-specific deliverables can be licensed or transferred as agreed in writing.
Third party services
Curo Digital may use reputable third party services for hosting, forms, email, messaging, telephony, payments, booking, domains, and related delivery. Availability and terms for those services are controlled by their providers.
Data protection for paid services
When we run call answering, messaging, booking, follow-up or customer records for you, you are the controller of your customers' personal data and we act as your processor. Before any of these services go live, we will agree a short data processing agreement with you, and we will give you a list of the providers we use to deliver them. You remain responsible for telling your own customers how their data is used, and we will give you wording you can use for that, including the notice that callers hear about the digital assistant and call recording.
Acceptable use of calls and messaging
Our calling and messaging tools are for handling genuine enquiries and jobs: answering callers, replying to enquiries, confirming bookings, and sending reminders and quote follow-ups to people you are already dealing with. You agree not to use them to send marketing or promotional messages to people who have not agreed to receive them, and you confirm you have the right to contact the people whose numbers and details you give us. If we believe the tools are being used to send unwanted marketing or to contact people without a proper basis, we may pause or stop the service.
Voice assistant and recording
Where you use voice answering, the assistant tells callers it is a digital assistant and that the call may be recorded and written up to handle the job. This is required by law and is not optional. You agree to let us use this notice, and not to ask us to hide that callers are speaking to an automated assistant.
Liability
We work hard to deliver a reliable service, but we do not guarantee specific results, uninterrupted availability of third party tools, or that every call or message will be captured, since that can depend on networks and providers outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim connected to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms, and any paid work agreed with us, are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
